Scarlet Nickel's design chosen for Riverfest Tot Trot T-shirts
Congratulations to Scarlet Nickel, second-grader at Robert M. Martin Elementary, whose design was selected to be printed on participant T-shirts at the Wichita Riverfest Tot Trot! More than 1,200 entries were submitted for the contest.
Scarlet received a gift card to Watermark Books donated by Lane Enterprises McDonald's Restaurants, and the school received a framed version of her winning design. Scarlet is pictured with her parents and representatives from Lane Enterprises and Fidelity Bank.
